b. Molecular mechanisms of activation and regulation of Angiotensin II (G-protein coupled) receptor in human kidney proximal tubule cells and rat liver cells.

c. Assay design and test of drugs to down-regulate Angiotensin receptor expression.

d. Cytochrome P450 Reductase (CPR) gene silencing

I was working on two major projects:

  1. Glucose transporters in diabetic human kidney proximal tubule epithelial cells
  2. Molecular mechanisms of activation and regulation of Angiotensin II receptor
